Hi. This is a SWEET PEA floral blouse by Stacy Frati. It is in excellent used condition. It is nylon mesh and can stretch to conform to your body, but doesn’t stretch out (meaning it doesn’t get ruined). See pics for measurements. It is lightweight, which is perfect for warm weather.
