Vintage Y2K Betsey Johnson New York Black&Pink floral Midi skirt, SZ 6, USA made, 100% Cotton - pre owned - size medium - guc, minor spots but are really hard to see when on- (I circled the spots in yellow), a few loose threads along the lace trim but no holes or rips. approximate measurements: waist: 14" inches length: 25.5" inches.
