I got this shawl for a 20s themed party and ended up going with a different costume. Then, I forgot to return it. It's brand new and never used. The brooch it comes with is also super pretty! "NWT" as in it'll come in the bag it came in that has a sticker for identification. There was no actual tags connected to this shawl when it was purchased new.
