Bought these from State in a sample sale. Only flaw is inconsistent paint as shown in photo of little blots instead of big dot. The band on these is smaller than your typical state XL but I found them very comfy and well fitting for me a size 14 Waist: 15” Inseam: 24” Rise: 20”
