Hi. Can you post the length and waist measurements? Is the waist stretchy? And are the layers stiff tulle or are they soft ruffles? Thanks for the extra info.

@girlinsilver hey there! The waist is elastic, and fits between an 8 -12. The tulle is soft-ish (as far as tulle goes) and not stiff. Unstretched the waist measures 14.5 inches when laid flat. It is 44 inches long from waist.
