La Reyna VDG Cross Turquoise Cuff done in 925 Sterling Silver with 18K Gold accents on cross above the center medallion. The Center of the cuff features Our Lady of Guadalupe . On each side of the medallion are bezel set cross shaped turquoise stones. Next to those are round bezel set turquoise stones. The cuff measures 1 1/4" in width. The cuff fits my 7 1/2" wrist well but the sterling silver is malleable and can be gently squeezed to fit a smaller wrist or stretched to fit a larger wrist. This could certainly be a Unisex piece.
