mimmi333 Hi, Thank you for your interest in the jean skirt! I measured again on the inside of the waist, and it measured as 26.5". This is an approximate measurement. There is no stretch in this jean fabric. I've added a photo to the gallery with the measuring tape. Let me know if you are still interested. Have a great evening!
