Stunning vintage Tibi silk dress size 2

It is actually killing me that this dress is now just slightly too snug across my waist to keep. I only wore this once to a fundraising event when I owned my clothing boutiques. Gorgeous turquoise color in 100% silk drapes perfectly and the fun be detail is just the right amount of bling. Would be a great dress to wear to a formal wedding or any special occasion.
