judyterrasas Hi, As you mentioned colors vary with monitors. Can you please give me the color i.e. base is level 4 neutral or level 4 ash and highlights are level 9 neutral, ash, or gold etc.? There are charts on You Tube if you aren't familiar with these terms. I just want to make sure that the color of the hair is lifted past the red stage. Thank you.

judyterrasas Also, how long have you owned it , how many times has it been styled and how many times has it been worn? Do you still have contact with your hairdresser who you received this from? It would be helpful to know the origin of the hair. I'm very interested. It is my size and length and my color (I'm hoping).

shop_snatched @judyterrasas hi! I understand what you’re asking, but I’d be hesitant to say for sure without a physical swatch like they have at the salon. My hairdresser is on a Mediterranean cruise for a few weeks. I’m also about to leave on my own trip before I start radiation. Happy to post a few more photos of the color in natural light as well as text my hairdresser in hopes she responds.
