D1- REFORMATION Black ROSETTA Fit & Flare Dress

Very good FLAWED condition, tie neckline, elastic trim cuff, flared hem dress with defined waist. Partially zips in the back, leaving a slit, cut out detail. *Note a tiny hole near the zip line and a couple of small tears in the back, near the hemline. Not SO noticeable, if worn at night events.
