Vintage Betsey Johnson New York Corseted Pencil Skirt

Vintage Y2K Betsey Johnson NY Black pencil skirt, SZ 6, USA made, 97% Cotton 3% spandex - pre owned - size 6 - guc, a few loose threads all throughout but no holes or rips. frayed string. *of all Betsey clothes I have, this skirt fits me wonderfully, I'm in no rush to sell, price is firm.* approximate measurements: waist: 14" inches length: 22" inches. There is a little flap that's inside of the skirt to help mitigate the thigh showing. I put a white rock to show it, refer to photos with the measurements.
