NWT Vertigo Paris dress with asymmetrical hem and jewel detail at neck

NWT ladies Vertigo Paris dress in size L. Spaghetti straps with deep V/plunge neckline. Neckline has five circular cutouts adorned with rhinestones. Ruching on sides of bust line (under the arms). Raw asymmetrical hem. Color is Titanium and is best described as tan and gray with a slight green undertone. 92% Rayon and 8% Spandex with a very soft feel. This dress can be dressed up or worn casually. A great beach or pool coverup that would look great going out afterwards! Hand wash.
