New never opened. They are so well-made. Very soft Terry cloth. The bottom has raised dots. The Shangri-La logo is embroidered and gold on each slipper. One pair is 26.6 cm and the second pair is 30.5 cm. Basically one is a Mens and one is a women’s. This particular pair was from The Shard in London. It’s the tallest building in London and the most fabulous hotel with the most fabulous views.
