bamalovermfs Yes to the top is the same designer & yes the waist is stretchy and so are the sleeves. I will measure both for u!

bamalovermfs The sleeves I stretched are 5” laid flat, 6.5” stretched flat. The waist is 13 inches un-stretched flat and 20” stretched flat. Of that doesn’t make sense, please let me know. Both pieces are super lightweight but not see-through & the skirt is super full, but will billow softly in the wind.
