ASOS Gingham Black and White Smocked Strap Bow Tie Dress size 16 Tall

Adorable! This dress is very adjustable. The shoulder bowtie strap ties are very adjustable for your height. The smocked area is very adjustable because it is stretchy. There are also ties on the left side that can add extra inches if needed. Please see video for the side ties. Length measurement is approximate based on how I measured from the shoulder bow ties. My Length measurement is approximately 33 1/2 inches. However, it can be adjusted based on the shoulder ties.
