@chelseavieths hi! Yes, I would consider these high waisted. I just tried them on and the band with the drawstring was right over my belly button. I pulled the elastic waist out and it appeared to be stretchy enough to accommodate a smaller bump. I would think if you are wishing to wear them over the bump instead of under that it would work unless you were in the last couple months of pregnancy. I hope that helps!
