Ties at the neck or can be worn untied. Lightweight fabric, doesn't stretch. A pretty green with yellow dots all over. Elbow length sleeves with adjustable size on the opening of the sleeves. Lightly sheer. A little discoloration on the button of a sleeve but not noticeable in my opinion, someone would have to be really staring to see it. Otherwise great condition. approx 21 inches pit to pit 25 inches length
