New with tags, can be carried as a clutch, and has a chain shoulder strap that easily tucks inside. 11 x 5 x 1.5" Please see detail photo of the back. I almost didn't notice it and haven't tried to remove it, but there is a tiny pink spot (possibly lipstick) and a small area at the edge where the leather is visible.
