This dress is so pretty and darling. Puffy sleeves, adorable flower print, with small open back feature. Yes, it’s Old Navy, but it feels like a soft higher end knit with just enough stretch. Snug bodice (with room to breath) makes this dress very flattering. It’s a medium, yet if you are larger on top, this may not be for you. But if you’re on the smaller size, a bra probably isn’t needed.
