Chelsea & Violet Convertible Dress/Skirt

Chelsea & Violet convertible tube dress or skirt. Can be worn as a longer tube dress, or with the top 6" folded over and more midi length, or even as a skirt. Very soft, stretchy, lovely material drape. Size Small is flexible, I'm a solid medium and this fits comfortably. Top section is 6" long, overall length is 47". Elastic is firm and does not slip. Very gently worn, I bought this one summer and wore it in all three configurations, then put it away for the season and completely forgot I had it.
