Rare Vintage SLY Japanese denim jeans 25 blue white stitch sailor low rise Y2K

I purchased these Japanese SLY jeans years ago from a vintage shop, however I have no idea what era they are from. Size is 25 and they are low rise (see measurements) with a boot cut / flare style. Blue denim with white stitching. I have never worn them because they are too small for me. They look in near perfect condition - maybe a few small specks/marks but I think they’d wash out. They’ve been in storage for years. I did a bit of googling and found the same pair on grailed for $120. Let me know if you have any questions!
