Vintage Men’s Pants in Royal Navy Blue - Double Knit??

No brand, size, or material label but these are very nice vintage pants! Like double knit but a bit nicer weave. In excellent pre-owned condition. Waist 17” across front. Inseam 29” but there is a huge amount available to let out, see photo.
