These are Pedro Garcia Ilona Strappy Sandals - Neutrals In size 8.5 US (39.5). They are leather and made in Spain. The ankle straps have been cut from these as my daughter’s foot got stuck in them 😩. The last photo shows what they looked like originally. Please review photos carefully before deciding to buy. She still wore these with the straps removed which was more comfortable for her.
