Cecil and Lou dress, like new condition since my daughter only wore it once to a wedding (and it was perfect for the occasion)! The smocked detailing is so classic. This one buttons at the back, ribbon detailing at the shoulders. Size 18 months, but a little big - my daughter wore it at 21 months. Really, the dresses can be worn a lot for the size - they last!
