Across front at waist and bottom side to side
Sleeve length from armpit to bottom of sleeve
On back- side to side across shoulders
Length down the back from nape of neck to bottom of jacket

Sure - front chest armpit to armpit, waist, and bottom all 21.5", sleeve length from armpit to sleeve 20", back across shoulders 19", back length 27", - no issues and no odors - great condition!
