Dress has light blue and periwinkle embroidered flowers on bodice and puff sleeves. Dress may be worn off the should or pushed up on shoulder. Long sleeves have an elastic cuff. Skirt measures about 16.5 inches from elastic waist to hem. Dress is made of 100% viscose. Machine wash in cold water and lay flat to dry.
