Size large women’s dress by the Target brand Knox Rose. It is made from beautiful crinkly rayon in blue tie dye. Has an elastic waist and tie included. Tiered skirt is 39” long from waist to bottom. I am a professional seamstress and I sewed the front shut because it kept gapping. It would be fairly easy to undo the stitching if you need to. Excellent shape, no signs of wear.
