Retro Inspired Batik Dress / 6 / No Label

Unique cotton batik mid length dress. Wrap around bodice with long tie. Full skirt with cotton under slip ( give the skirt nice weight). Nice little cap sleeve detail w/ white button. Black blank tag? No other material or other identifying tags. Google search brought no information. One of a kind. I sure wish it fit me… Size / 6 Waist 14” (flat) PTP 17” ( flat) Should/waist 16” Skirt 28”
