Gently used and has lots of life left in it. As seen by the photos this backpack has some wear/piling. Most of the piling is on the handle. The stains did not come off after the second wash. Not sure if they can come off some other way. But the only major staining is in front between the material so if you lift it up the staining will be in there. The big stain on the back of the backpack must be from it rubbing on jeans material. The insides of each pocket looks like new! The back is a bit smushes so I will send off with bubble wrap/tissue paper to get it back in shape. The straps are adjustable to desired length and look like new as well. Functional bag!
