No scratches on lens. Excellent condition. Comes with dust bag,paperwork,cleaning cloth and Case. Case has a few dings and ends are wrinkled on outside inside a little wear on top inside. You can see in pictures. The bag has a slight stain also shown in picture. Tortoise shell temples with signature chain and lock.
