Vintage 60s floral mini dress short sleeve pink orange XS Tie Neck Mod Spring

Vintage 60s handmade mini dress. I am estimating it to fit an XS, please check the measurements for size. It is made of a lightweight woven fabric that does not stretch. I think it might be acetate, it is not a natural fiber. It has pin prick holes on front near collar and the tie at the neck is attached with a safety pin. It is in otherwise gently used condition with no holes/stains or tears. It is a taupe/grey color with pink, orange and white flowers.
