@reaganvielma I wear 27 normally so they were perfect for me early pregnancy and postpartum but they are too big now that my baby is one. Definitely recommend sizing down one or two sizes the fabric has a lot of stretch

@lacie_lewis waist band is 15.5 inches laying flat. They do stretch though on.
