bring a little whimsy into the spring wedding season! excellent used condition - like new! it has pockets! teal/blue-green tulle with coral, mint, and silver accents there is a rubber strip to help hold things in place! zips up and down without difficulty, and has a clasp at the top to keep it up. it unfortunately does not come with the straps, but does have places to hook straps to if needed. cottagecore or fairycore vibes
