maevejacobson @nuir Hi! Thanks for your interest! There is a bit of arch support but if you are looking for lots of support you would probably need to add an insole.

maevejacobson @fenellad Hi thanks for your interest! I found that they ran a half size too big for me; I’m normally a 6, but 5.5 fit much better. So size 5 should be perfect if you are regularly size 5.5.
