Description This dress is so pretty! It is a pretty ice blue floral dress (color is called Mountain White). It is a true wrap dress and when you close it, a ruffle hangs down. 100% polyester. It is not stretchy, but can vary a little on the size if you tighten or loosen the wrap ties. It is longer in the back, but ruffles up about knee length for a high low look (see model pic).
