H&M Black Plisse Pleated Maxi Dress

Love this dress so much and get so many compliments. The fabric has a cool pleated/smocked texture to it and it's super lightweight and flattering. Looks effortlessly cool. Great used condition, no flaws just well-loved. Tag was removed because it was itchy, but it's a size XS.
