Silver plated Catch all

Silver plated, vintage cracker/bisquit holder... but I've been using it as a catch all. In need of polishing. Has some rust as pictured and is a little bent out of shape where it wobbles ever so slightly. Has not bothered me but I figured I'd mention it. Offers welcome.
