This is a small Emily & Fin Annabel dress in a city print on black fabric with a small keyhole in the bodice. Short sleeves, two pockets, back zip, fully lined and new with tags. The fabric is so soft. Measurements are approximate and taken to the best of my ability. Bust 16 inches flat and stretches to 17 inches. Waist 15 inches flat. Total length of dress from shoulder seam to hem is 39 inches.
