hcombast22 @luzz94 Hi! I am the same height and it is the perfect floor length. It does cover the arms as the top pieces can be adjusted with the straps for how much coverage you are wanting on the arms. It will fit you perfectly based on that pant size as I was that same pant size at the time I wore this for a wedding and I was 6 months postpartum.
