This is a fair condition small Darren shoulder strap handbag. The hardware has signs of wear with scuffs to the black metal. The leather lace zippier pull string fell off the main zipper, so that’s not included, there are no extra strings included. The strap is removable but not an extension style crossbody strap, it’s just an adjustable shoulder length strap that could be worn short across chest as shown in the first model photo. You could easily get a black matte metal replacement chain online to wear as a crossbody style.
