Trina Turk dress with 3/4 flutter sleeves and mini skirt. Pattern is brightly colored floral print. Nylon, spandex stretchy material. Could work as a dress or over leggings. Sexy retro style, fun and colorful. It was never worn, only washed and unfortunately dried which caused a couple small holes at the end of the right arm (see photo). This shouldn’t be too noticeable when worn.
