Never worn. New with tags. 100% cotton, Purchased in Hawaii. Copyrighted print design by Tori Richard. Padded bust, lined dress. Dress is a bit too small for the mannequin so the top didn’t fit properly. There’s a slight makeup (most likely) at the halter part which should come off when washing. Not the best lighting.
