It is covered with tiny small clear sequins that sparkle when in the light. (Difficult to discern in pictures.) It has a deep red, almost burgundy. Checkout the closeup pictures for the truer color. The paisley design is black and white. A V-neck and mandarin collar tops this blouse. A row of tight pleats approximately 12 inches wide runs down the front of the blouse and at about the waist the pleats billow out giving it a dress like appearance. Similar pleats run down the back of the blouse from the neck, again expanding after the waist as in the front. The sleeves are gathered around the cuff which is a button close. The buttons are covered in the same fabric as the blouse. No known flaws.
