RELAXX by Exist Elastic Waistline Deep V Neck Line Colorful Pullover Dress

This is such a cute dress with Dolman sleeves, a quilted elastic waist line, and full skirt. Please not the size says 2X and that really has to be incorrect when looking at how it fit my mannequin and the measurements. The lay flat measurements are resting waist 14", length 35" and sleeve from neckline 13". With the deep V neck and full sleeves the chest is very open. Please let me know if you have any questions expecially about sizing.
