@jax_kloset I would say gently used! I got it on Poshmark not long ago and I’ve only used it once for a few hours since I bought it. The photos are accurate. The leather is very soft, but not as formed / stiff as a new bag would be. I don’t think there are any flaws in the leather or stains on the inside. It’s just extra soft / a little flimsy. I hope that helps!
