Vintage shimmery teal midi dress, size 3 (roughly modern size 6)

This is a fantastic vintage late 70s/early 80s shimmery teal stretch waist dress from The Dress Express. Size 3. Has good amount of stretch. I think the modern equivalent size is roughly a 6. It has an elastic waist with a fabric belt and a little fabric bow detail on the left shoulder. Flat waist measurement is 9", but the elastic stretches comfortably to 16". Remarkably comfortable and when the shimmer catches the light?!? Oh boy! It's dancing time! See photos for all the amazing details. Approximate measurements: pit-to-pit: 15" shoulder to hem: 38"
