Lulu's sleeveless high low pleated blouse women's size medium

Beautiful dusty lavender colored high low sleeveless blouse by Lulu's in women's size medium. Has back button eyelet closure and pleated flowy back. This is NWOT. When I got this it had come apart at the seam in the back and I repaired it. See pics please. Good as new! Never been worn.
