saintlucy @marge561 I am sometimes a 29” & sometimes a 30”. I tried on the 29” & 31” and I can wear both. There is 4% spandex so they have stretch. IMO If you are mostly a 30”, I think I would size up. If you go back and forth between a 29” & 30” go with the 29”. Here are the approx hip measurements: 29” = 18” across; 31” = 19.25” across. Please compare them to your favorite pants that have some elastin/spandex. That will give you the best barometer. Hope this helps. ☺️

saintlucy @aymsmi looks like the 28 measures approx 14 7/8" across. They also have a nice amount of stretch. I have a photo of measuring tape over waist, but I’m reluctant to post it since I have multiple sizes. Hope this helps.
