Long gorgeous black velvet gothic maxi skirt. It has a size zipper but also has some stretch. Has a slightly flared bottom hem. So many ways to style this skirt. Style it up with a fancy top pr down with a band tee. Labeled a size 16 and I would consider it a true XL and can fit between a 12 and 16. Model is a size 12 or M/L for reference and it still stayed up ok with a belt. Vintage gothic 90's Y2K grunge fashion.
