LV VERNIS RED WALLET - Callout - snap needs to be fixed/replaced.

Reposhing this item I purchased @thebagfather. It was a purchase I never intended to own. Honestly, I, unfortunately, was just entertaining myself a night I couldn’t sleep, I left their Posh Show during a live auction (remember, I wasn’t participating, (just watching)visited another Posh Show, went back into Bagfather site, and sadly, I was told “Congratulations, you won the LV Wallet”! I had no clue this happened. Sadly, Poshmark Support did not understand I WAS NOT participating in that auction. I’m not even into the items sold on that site. It has now happened to me “3” times on only that site late at night and customer service really disappointed me. Never did I expect it! I’m a seller & buyer! I was not taking part in the auction. It just seems everytime I exited out of that site during an auction and it’s at the end, I keep getting accused of purchasing an item. The last time, just recently, I got hit with a $500 item and they charged me for it! I find it interesting I can go to other sites during a live auction and leave yet not get accused of purchasing anything. I know someone will have an interest in this brand & wallet much more than me! I know nothing about this item because I wasn’t watching/bidding on it. It was previously-owned and supposedly it is genuine l. As indicated, the snap needs to be fixed/replaced.
